Natura Eco has developed a unique cement-based material – NEcocrete. We used BASF additives of different capabilities, aggregates of up to 2mm in diameter, and other ingredients. As a result, NEcocrete is an environmentally friendly material with 20% less cement than the traditional 60-grade concrete.
It has been tested on 60MPa (8702 PSI).
It is not since it does not use any illicit materials. The ingredients of our material are delivered from pre-certified companies such as Lafarge Holcim, BASF and others, which further guarantees the safety and quality of the final product.
Yes, it is done according to the requirements of the project or civil engineer, following all the regulations. Naturally, the amount of steel reinforcement depends on the project. Still, it is used less than in traditional construction since our material is more robust and has integrated micro reinforcement.
Installations of electricity, water, and other building elements are done according to a predefined project of the construction company or contractor. It is possible to conduct water and electricity inside the walls or in front. For windows, doors, and all other openings on the walls, openings are left. The carpentry is installed during the printing of the object, which saves time. The roof is a separate unit and does not depend on how the object is printed.

Yes, if there is no foundation, the object cannot be printed.
Objects are printed according to the predefined projects then prepared for printing in our software. We know precisely the required amount of material, the printing time and other parameters. Objects can be printed on-site or in controlled conditions of our hall (off-site).
